MOTORHOME RENTAL RATES
 

DAILY RENTAL:  Each coach has a 4 Night Minimum and each coach includes 100 free miles per night.

WEEKLY RENTALS:  Big savings on weekly rentals.

MONTHLY RENTAL:  Bigger savings recieved for monthly rentals!

RESERVATION DEPOSIT: Minimum $500 or ½ of the rental estimate, whichever is greater (necessary to secure reservation)

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Minimum $1,500 (Pets, add an additional $500) *Refunded within 48 hours after coach is returned in the same condition as when rented.

MILEAGE CHARGE:  Excess miles are .32 to .55 cents per mile in excess of 100 - 200 miles per night rented to.  Beyond 200, call for quote. 

GENERATOR CHARGE: 5 hours per day free, then $4 per hour additional.

CLEANING CHARGE: Up to $350 for 4 persons, $35 for each additional person if not returned clean, both interior and exterior, including all under coach luggage compartments.  Save money by selecting our *Optional Pre-paid- Cleaning and Service Fee

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: $20 dumping charge if wastewater tanks are not empty.  Save money by selecting our *Optional Pre-paid- Cleaning and Service Fee

Housekeeping Kit: $150 (Linen, Dishes, Etc)

FUEL TANK: $20 Fill Charge Plus Cost Of Diesel Fuel If Not Topped Off Upon Return.

PROPANE TANK: $20 Fill Charge Plus Cost Of Propane If Not Topped Off Upon Return.  Save money by selecting our *Optional Pre-paid- Cleaning and Service Fee

Bicycle Rack: $25 (holds up to three bicycles)

Processing Fee 3.5%

*Optional Pre-paid Cleaning and Service Fee:  $249 Includes cleaning fee for 4 people, dump fee and propane tank fee

Please…return the motorhome before 11:00 am!

Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the start of the rental $100 is forfeiture. If cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to the start of the rental dates, the entire rental deposit will be forfeited.
